Rush Artistic Team

RUSH INSPIRES...

The Rush Artistic Team was formed in 1999. The team have demonstrated their skills through shows and seminars, international events and their hugely successful photographic work. Its no exaggeration to say that in a relatively short space of time they have made a huge impact on the hairdressing industry worldwide. Winning the British Hairdressing Awards seven times is testament to the creativity and drive of the team.

THE TEAM

Stelios Andrew - International Creative Director and co-founder of Rush. Stell is the backbone behind the Rush Artistic Team. His passion, inspiration and unorthodox coaching methods are the driving force behind the creative development of every Rush Stylist. Within nine years under Stell's guidance the Rush Artistic Team have won every major award possible. "To have an idea is easy, to execute the idea is where the main focus should lie".

Sam Burnett - A leading member of the Rush Artistic Team; "Sam is the Man". He is totally driven and dedicated to his profession. Hair is the love of his life, which shines through whether in his session work or running his Rush salon in Walton on Thames. Sam is a finalist in the 2009's British Hairdressing Awards: Southern Hairdresser of the Year.

Dimitri Loizi - UK Educational Director. Dimitri was the youngest member of the British F.A.M.E Team and has grown with the Rush Artistic Team on and off stage inspiring others with his work, not least in his salons in Brighton and Worthing.

Tina Farey - Editorial Director - An explosive member of the Rush Artistic Team, specialising in session and show work, her photographic images can be found in many major magazines. Always pushing the boundaries, Tina is proud to have won BHA Southern Hairdresser of the Year an outstanding three times, giving her automatic entry into the Hall of Fame. Not content with these, Tina is now a prooud finalist in this year's British Hairdressing Awards: Avant Garde category.

Chris Williams - International Colour Director. His background comes from a strong pedigree in the colour world and Chris has a wealth of knowledge and experience in colouring and precision techniques to inspire the team. His passion for colour combined with Rush's iconic haircuts pushes the Rush brand forward. Yet another finalist, up for Colour Technician of the Year at November's British Hairdressing Awards.

Andy Heasman - International Artistic Director. A keen showman and talented educator, Andy is a man on a mission. Whether he's in our Advanced Academy, on stage or in one of our Rush salons, his enthusiasm and dedication to the Rush philosophy shines through.

Paola Fattorusso - Paola is the Manager of the first Rush Advanced Academy, proving she is a creative dynamo and experienced and successful educator. Her inspirational techniques come from a wealth of experience and passion for her craft. Her professionalism and creativity has insured her position as a key member of the team at every occasion. Completing the line up from the Rush Artistic Team, Paola has finalised in the British Hairdressing Awards Eastern Hairdresser of the Year category. We wish all of our 8 finalists the best of luck.

Simon Robson - Simon started his journey with Rush as an Assistant with a dream to one day become a member of the Artistic Team, and after nine years he has reached his goal and now starts a new journey alongside them, allowing him to convey his knowledge and the Rush Philosophy to those who share his ambition and passion for perfection.
