Paola Fattorusso – Advanced Academy Manager

With a deep passion for hair, Paola believes a firm foundation and freedom to express your creativity is one of the keys to success. With a wealth of experience in education and demonstrating worldwide, Paola leads Rush as the Advanced Academy Manager and a key member of the Rush Artistic Team and finalist in this year's British Hairdressing Awards as Eastern Hairdresser of the Year.

Andy Heasman – International Artistic Director

Andy heads up the Advanced Academy Training with the drive and determination to pass on the Rush Philosophy and brand values: Passion, Quality, Creativity, Professionalism. He believes in strict discipline using Classic Techniques allowing Creative Freedom…The Rush Way. 

Chris Williams – International Colour Director

An experienced educator, Chris is based at the Rush Advanced Academy. From there he co-ordinates Rush’s technical development, keeping us at the forefront of colouring techniques both in-show and in-salon. For Chris, colour gives a haircut an extra dimension, bringing it to life.” We are also proud to annouce that Chris is a finalist in 2009's British Hairdressing Awards representing Rush for Colour Technician of the Year.
