Andrew Heasman – International Artistic Director
Andrew heads up the new Advanced Academy with Drive and Determination to pass on the Rush Knowledge and Philosophy; Passion, Quality, Creativity, and Professionalism. He believes in strict discipline using Classic Techniques allowing Creative Freedom…The Rush Way.

Andrea Lowe – Education Manager
Andrea heads up a team of Assessors and Educators. The team teach and train the young Rush team members and guide them through the Rush philosophy and their Apprenticeship programme, helping them achieve an NVQ Level 2 qualification and attaining a Rush Diploma. Andrea’s expertise in training and development coupled with years of experience in the industry has helped the Education team go from strength to strength and the team has been recognised as one of the ‘top providers of training’ in the country.

Chris Williams – International Colour Director
An experienced educator, he is based at the Advanced Academy. From there he co-ordinates Rush’s technical development, keeping us at the forefront of colouring techniques. “for me colour gives a haircut an extra dimension, bringing it to life.”

Paola Fattorusso – Advanced Academy Manager
With a deep Passion for hair, Paola believes a firm foundation and freedom to express your creativity is one of the keys to success. With a wealth of experience in education and demonstrating worldwide, Paola joins the Rush Creative Team as the Academy Manager.
